We don’t deal with recruitment agencies – we firmly believe that it’s only those that have the initiative to seek us out, or that shine brightly enough for us to approach them, who are the right people to join our team. Research & Insight

R&I Director
Manage a team of 3-4 analysts / executives to deliver ongoing reports and large ad hoc pieces of social media research, disseminate strategic insight throughout the agency and your client base. Maintain and grow client relationships, develop and train your team members.

The role of Research & Insight Analyst focuses upon the day-to-day delivery of reports and insights and your Senior Research & Insight Analyst will help you to manage your tasks and priorities. During this period the emphasis will be on learning We Are Social’s tools, methodologies and reporting style and learning to work with other teams across the business.

Associate Creative Director
We are looking to hire an ACD that can lead accounts, pitches and create award winning, industry-defining work on forward thinking accounts such as Google, YouTube, adidas and first direct. This is a real opportunity to help shape a creative department without too much red tape and try new ways of working. Editorial Director
Support the Head of Editorial in creating content solutions for local, regional and global clients. You will be expected to lead pitches to new clients, and to put together compelling editorial responses, based on insight and with clear measurable goals. Your work will have challenged the status quo and helped your clients to push boundaries in their content marketing. You will have impressive editorial experience and demonstrable business acumen.

Senior Editor
We Are Social is looking for an ambitious senior editor to help us deliver global editorial strategies and world-class content. You will have a proven publishing background. You’ll be used to pitching content strategies to new and existing clients and to overseeing the creation of consistently brilliant, competitive and compelling content. Your attention to detail will ensure content is always on tone and on brand; delivered to the highest editorial standards.
