A great infographic from Gorkana Group looking at which of the sponsors are winning and loosing the Olympic battle in social media. We’re proud to see that our client adidas is winning the battle against Nike, and that our client Westfield is doing pretty well too..

    It would be interesting to take this ‘quantity of mentions’ and run it against media investment that pushes the various hashtags and pr efforts pushing mentions and coverage. Who is getting more bang for their buck?

    The adidas campaign on facebook has had much greater weight… they’ve really murdered Nike on this one and understandably as a primary sponsor.
