    I dig the advice here.

    My focus is engaging more. Ask questions, share answers and of course chat up my Fans/friends. Doing OK on dominating the wall so far.

    Thanks Robin. Ashamed to say that I had not heard of Michael Lazerow before seeing your post, but just spent the time absorbing the video you posted and added him on Twitter.

    We struggle a little with getting responses to questions that we ask, but it could be that we’re making the questions a little too long winded and asking too much of the user. Simplifying might yield better results.

    Video and images work very well for us but we like to keep a diverse range of content so as to keep the theme varied. Truth be told, like a lot of companies, we’re still measuring what works vs. what sucks.
