Hello, we are social. We are a conversation agency. We help brands to listen, understand and engage in conversations in social media.

We’re a new kind of agency, but conversations between people are nothing new. Neither is the idea that ‘markets are conversations’.

We’re already helping Ford, Skype, Eurostar, The Economist, Absolut, Dunlop, Barclaycard and the WWF.
If you’d like to chat about us helping you too, then give us a call on +44 20 7576 5137 or drop us an email.

It’s not what you say that matters

  • What an awesome presentation, you guys rock :) Had some humble, yet similar thoughts in my latest blog post @ http://www.artojoensuu.com/
  • Very good presentation. I sometimes find it useful to remind marketing execs that you can't learn how to surf by attending a surfing conference. The same goes for social interaction, both on- and offline.

I made some similar points in my Do Social-talk at the Bring Dialogue Conference last week. You can see the presentation here: http://walternaeslund.com/cool-i-just-got-featu...

What matters is ONLY what is said.
Nothing exists except in language, nothing happens (registers) except in language.
What get's DONE is determined by what gets said, and whether it's well said.
Conversations for possibility expand the listening.
Listening to the listening expands the conversations
Responsible Requests + authentic promises = initiated activities.
I invite Mr.Isakson to study the work of Fernando Flores to stretch his paradigm.
