		<description>Nice work. Very encouraging to see clients realising that social takes time to build but it last for long time. you only get it when you reorient yourself around creating an ongoing relationship with people - there are no quarterly campaigns in human relationships....</description>

One thought;  Have you noticed the average time it takes taking a big budget TV ad from brief, creative concepting through to production, media placement and evaluation is roughly the same length of time as many a marketing director tenure? Apologies if you&#039;ve already covered this but I think this is possibly a genuine barrier to the adoption of these new brand principles which I completely believe in.</description>
